Short version: we store nothing beyond what you send us yourself, and we do not track you.
Nuklea is a Norwegian solutions and services company being established. The data controller is Nuklea, represented by its founder. Privacy questions go to [email protected].
When you send the contact form or write to us, we process your name, e-mail address, company and what you write, in order to reply and follow up the conversation. Form messages are stored with Cloudflare, which serves the website, together with the country you sent from; your IP address is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and later a contract if we enter one.
The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes IP addresses briefly for security and performance, and gives us aggregate statistics on visits, pages and countries. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which then sees your IP address.
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and up to two years after, unless a contract requires longer. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to us.
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing, and to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe the processing is wrong.
